Smoosh
I saw a great band downtown today called Smoosh. I had heard a couple of their songs on KEXP and noticed that they have been steadily creating a buzz, and sure enough, they rock! They happen to be two 10 and 12 year old girls, but the appeal isn't at all based on any sort of ironic cuteness. They actually write great songs and play great music. Keep an eye out for Smoosh.
