Top Ten Music 2005
It's that time of year again and here's my first installment of the always popular Top Ten series. To kick things off here's my picks for best music of 2005:
- Dengue Fever : Escape From Dragon House
- Kanye West : Late Registration
- Amadou & Mariam : Dimanche a Bamako
- Beck : Guero
- Brazilian Girls : Brazilian Girls
- Common : Be
- Me'Shell Ndegeocello : The Spirit Music Jamia
- RJD2 : Since We Last Spoke
- Teagan & Sara : So Jealous
- Jack Johnson : In Between Dreams
Update: These will probably make it to next year's list as I just picked them up, but the new Kate Bush album Aerial is great as is Boards of Canada's latest The Campfire Headphase.
Geoffrey sez:
I’m actually working on a separate site dedicated solely to the Captain Morgan stance. It will have full motion video, interviews, and special tips on the goldfish breathing technique.
Also, Yokee Playboy made the list last year, but this year he released a greatest hits album. (Which is mighty good I might add.)

Yokee Playboy doesn’t make the top ten??? Not the fun little ditty by Bird?
Anyway,Thailand only gets two little blogs? Are you going to have a section dedicated to the Captain Morgan stance?
