George Bush declares war on Habeus Corpus, you know, the cornerstone of freedom. Terrorism is a bad, bad thing, but seriously folks, each year more people die by lightning strikes in this country than by terrorism. Do we really need to dismantle The Constitution?

Yeah, I just don’t get it. No one is talking about it. I haven’t heard of any protests going on around here. It’s insane. I’m not sure what makes me more upset - the fact that this act made it to the President and was signed, or the fact that there wasn’t a nationwide riot right after it was signed.
Thank goodness I’m Canadian…unless of course, I get deemed an unlawful enemy combatant!
