38 years ago on this day I became a person named Geoff. That is all I have to say on this matter.
Oh yeah, shout-outs to both mom and dad for orchestrating the whole event. I think the Summer of Love may have been partly responsible.

Yes, 1968 was a very important year-The Tet offensive in the Southeaast Asia skirmish, the assassinations of both Bobby Kennedy and Martiin Luthor King Jr., the Chicago Democratic convention (replete with police riots) and, of course, a beautiful child was born. The summer of love (1967) may be only indirectly related.

In 1968, The King’s daughter was born, Lisa Marie Presley, as was Lucy Liu, James Caviezel and LL Cool J … and thanks to his Mother his name is Geoffrey, as his Father had Sandy on the top of his list, as well as Frodo and Bilbo… but he did choose the spelling with a G… and summer had nothing to do with it… it was winter, February to be exact.
