Jesus Camp: The Movie

The documentary Jesus Camp is one of the most disturbing films I have seen in a long while. If you’ve ever wondered how Muslim children grow up to become suicide bombers look no further than Evangelical America. Richard Dawkins devotes quite a bit of his book The God Delusion to the idea that religion is a form of child abuse and this film confirms his theory. It’s pretty shocking stuff.
From The God Delusion:
In the same way as Amnesty International works tirelessly to free political prisoners the world over, we should work to free the children of the world from the religions which, with parental approval, damage minds too young to understand what is happening to them.
The documentary is worth a look. Very well done and ultimately even-handed. Ted Haggard makes an appearance long before his penchant for speed and male hookers was made public. And, not surprisingly, he comes off as huge hypocritical jerk. See Jesus Camp.
Joe sez:
Notice the Satanic Symbolism involved in the movie
case in point:
“Devils Lake” is where Movie was shown
“Children on Fire” was the Theme…..give me a break yeah, just a coincidence huh….yeah right
NOTHING BUT Satanic Frauds…. i feel bad for the children
