LookatLao Studio and Hostage Press International have teamed up to present our first online book publishing venture, David Young's The Hot Season.
This will be published biweekly here at LookatLao and then later printed at Hotsage Press.
Author David Young has been living and writing in Thailand for almost ten years. His other books include The Scribe, Thailand Joy, and Fast Eddie's Lucky 7 A-Go-Go.
From the Author: First of all, to everyone who's bought my previous books, thank you. In return, I'm offering the full edition of a soon-to-be-published novel entitled The Hot Season. The first chapter will kick things off, followed by a chapter on the first and the fifteenth of each month.
The Hot Season is
an account of one man's adventures during his first
year in Thailand. It's unique in that I wrote it back
when the country was still vibrant and exciting for
me. Not that Thailand has lost any of its charm, but
